Role: Data & Automation Assistant (Part-Time / Contract) Location: Remote Team: Lobo Labs – Data & Operations Overview: Lobo Labs is looking for a detail-oriented, logic-driven operator to help manage and optimize the data workflows that power our outbound engine. You'll be responsible for handling CSV files, structuring data for campaigns, QA'ing inputs, and supporting the automation systems (especially n8n). If you love clean data, efficient systems, and solving problems with logic, you'll thrive here. Responsibilities: Review, clean, and format CSV files for outbound campaigns. Perform QA checks on lead data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and logic. Organize and manage data within Google Sheets, NocoDB, or similar tools. Assist with the setup and monitoring of n8n workflows, webhooks, and basic API integrations. Troubleshoot automation issues and suggest optimizations. Collaborate closely with the outbound and ops team to ensure smooth data flow and accurate targeting. Requirements: High attention to detail and obsession with accuracy. Strong experience working with spreadsheets, CSVs, and structured data. Logical problem-solving skills; ability to spot patterns and inconsistencies. Comfort working with tools like Google Sheets, Airtable/NocoDB, Zapier, or n8n. Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automations. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with n8n specifically (or similar tools). Background in outbound marketing or cold email. Familiarity with lead scraping or enrichment tools. Why Join Lobo Labs?
